CTV Store Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at the CTV Store. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

  1. Returns

You have 21 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. If 22 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have any accompanying tags or labels intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.

 

  1. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at thecheetahtvstore to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item to 917 Merchants Walk, Huntsville, AL 35801 using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at thetvstore@cheetahtv.tv to arrange the exchange.

  1. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
